2024 Family Subscription

Subscriptions are valid from February 28th of the current year to February 28th of the following year. Subscriptions will not be prorated when purchased in the middle of a subscription year and will still expire as of February 28th. This subscription does not cover non emergency transports. Purchasing this subscription does not mean that your insurance information will not be collected, and they will not be billed. Rather, the insurance company will be billed for services rendered and you will not be held financially responsible for the balance after they have paid their share.
